Man Charged With Animal Abuse After Facebook Photo Goes Viral

A South Carolina guy faces animal cruelty fees after a photograph of a small canine dangling from his second-story balcony went viral on Facebook.

A neighbor noticed the dangling canine and snapped a photograph which she posted to Facebook over the weekend. After the picture went viral, a number of involved voters contacted police by the use of Facebook and Twitter, whilst others known as in to document the picture and the abuse. Police despatched Animal Control officials to the Greenville, S.C. condominium complicated with the incident took place and wondered resident Tyler Smith.
